Response to COVID-19

Pacific Coast Post Acute is making every effort to prevent the exposure of COVID-19 to our residents and staff. Our number one priority is the safety of all the individuals who live in our community. With all of the directives from CMS, California Department of Health, California Governor, and the President of the United States, we are temporarily restricting all visitors in the facility, including non-essential vendors, starting Thursday, March 12, until further notice. We are closely monitoring the situation daily, and as soon as we are certain that the safety of our residents will not be compromised with visitors, we will lift the restrictions. The only exception with this restriction will be in the case of “end of life” care about passive and active screening requirements that have been met including ensuring that your temperature does not meet or exceed 100 degrees.

In the meantime, the facility has several means of audiovisual communication available for video calls via Skype. You can schedule a time to connect with a loved one by emailing to schedule a time.
